When you register for an account on the Platform, we collect your first name, last name, business name, company size, industry, services provided, state of operation, email address, telephone number, website URL, and account credentials (username and password). We may also collect your responses to optional questions, such as your biggest business pain point that a simple tool could solve.
(ii) Newsletter and Mailing List Information. When you subscribe to our mailing list, alerts, or promotional updates through our website, we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, and referral source (how you heard about us).
(iii) Communications. When you contact us with questions, feedback, or tool recommendations, we collect the contents of your message and any contact information you include.
(iv) Business and Financial Information. When you use our advisory tools, calculators, or upload documents through the Platform, we may collect business and financial data you input to generate results or recommendations. This information is used to deliver the functionality of the tool or service you have selected.

Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, geographic location, demographic data, user activity on the Platform, session duration, device information, browser type, and referring URLs. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) Providing and Operating the Platform. To create and manage your account, deliver tools, calculators, and educational resources, and provide access to Platform features.
(b) Communications. To send you newsletters, deadline alerts, tax tips, educational content, marketing communications, and updates about our services, tools, and events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in Section 6 below.
(c) Improving the Platform. To analyze usage trends, monitor Platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the functionality, content, and user experience of the Platform.
(d) Personalization. To tailor content, recommendations, and marketing to your interests, industry, and business profile.
(e) Business Operations and Monetization. To support our business operations, including by working with approved vendors and third-party partners to deliver advertisements, promotions, and solutions relevant to business, finance, and tax topics. This may include sharing certain information as described in Section 4 below.
(f) Legal Compliance and Protection. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of BizTax Advisory LLC, Platform users, and the public.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
(a) Service Providers. We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email marketing platforms, client portal providers, payment processors, and analytics providers. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

(e) With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your consent to do so.
The Platform uses cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data, remember your preferences, and support our analytics and marketing efforts.
(a) Cookies. Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit the Platform. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them). (a) Marketing Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in our emails. Even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional or account-related messages from us.
(b) Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address provided in Section 10. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
(c) Cookie Preferences. You may adjust your cookie preferences through your browser settings as described in Section 5(d).
(d) Google Analytics Opt-Out. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
(e) Do Not Track Signals. Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites. At this time, the Platform does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals due to the absence of a uniform industry standard for processing such signals. We will update this policy if a standard is adopted in the future.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure account authentication, and restricted access to personal information by authorized personnel only.
No method of electronic transmission or data storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. We may also retain your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business operations. When your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal data retention practices.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by BizTax Advisory LLC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. The inclusion of a link on the Platform does not imply our endorsement of the linked website or service.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. BizTax Advisory LLC is based in the State of Florida. If you are a resident of a state that provides specific privacy rights (such as the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, or the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information), you may exercise those rights by contacting us at the address provided in Section 13. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law. We do not discriminate against any user for exercising their privacy rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform features, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated Privacy Policy on the Platform. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
